We offer free postage to anywhere in Australia!
Return Policy
If you are not satisfied
with any product on receipt, due to damage or the size or quality of the
product not being as anticipated, Hiho Australia will provide a full
refund if the return conditions are met.

Notification
within 14 days of receiving the purchase why the product was not
satisfactory and an image of any damage if applicable;

The
buyer has received confirmation that Hiho Australia has accepted the product's
return;
·
The
product is returned in its original packaging; and
·
Upon
receipt of the returned product, Hiho Australia will then refund the full
product cost.
Note. Hiho Australia will not accept the return of products that have been damaged from use. Therefore please ensure that the product is suitable for your dog before opening the packaging.
